This theme is called "Rin" and is the winner of the "Plain Ol Poobah" award in the WordPress theme competition in 2005.
This theme is designed for intermediate photos of 480 pixels wide or less. The default in Coppermine is 400 pixels. Check the Readme.txt file for more details.
